1 汽輪機油質要求

2 汽輪機油乳化緣由
汽輪機油乳化一般有3個緣由：水份、乳化劑和高速攪拌。其中水份是引發油品乳化的主要緣由。
汽輪機組運行中，由于機組的軸封不嚴、汽封漏汽、潤滑油質量差、軸承箱及油箱真空度達不到等諸多身分，是致使汽輪機油工程中進水的主要緣由。同時，機組的安裝、運行等環節沒有到達裝備清潔度要求，存在污物、雜質等也將影響汽輪機油的質量。
汽輪機油和水的乳化與油品中添加劑性能也有關。汽輪機油中添加的抗氧劑和防銹劑年夜都具有一定概況活性的化合物或夾雜物，這些物資的份子結構中，一端具有親油性的非極性基團，另外一端具有一定概況活性的親水性能極性基團。雖然它們都消融于油而不消融于水，但在一定轉速下極性基團對水具有一定的親合能力。

3.2 處置措施
汽輪機油的乳化給機組運行帶來的后果是嚴重的。保證汽輪機組裝備的設計、制造、安裝、運行和維護和汽輪機油品質量，對防范和消除汽輪機油工程進水，避免汽輪機油乳化長短常重要的。是以，要注重以下幾方面：
1.要確保產物設計、制造質量。設計不合理、產物制造不合適設計要求，直接致使汽輪機油工程進水。
